Sweat Therapy Fitness workouts have no more than twenty people and are carefully crafted by certified trainers using exercise progressions and modifications to ensure you’re challenging your current fitness level. We’re a locally-owned business, and we take pride in our family atmosphere and personalized attention. The workouts might be small, but your results will be huge!

Conveniently located in the Manor @ Midtown, Sweat Therapy Fitness provides members two spa-like locker rooms with spacious showers and towel service. Locker rooms are also fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers.

Are group classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! At Sweat Therapy Fitness, our group classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, including beginners. Our experienced trainers provide modifications for exercises, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and can progress at their own pace. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, our supportive environment is perfect for you.

Do I need to sign up in advance for group workouts?

You do need to register in advance for group fitness training sessions. We have a variety of sessions going on at different times and space is limited. For unlimited plan users, we do our best to accommodate drop in, but you still must register for the session.

How many people are in a group fitness class?

That depends on the type of fitness class, but generally our classes sizes are a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 16. Our class sizes are limited by room size and type of training. All fitness and Yoga classes require registration to attend.

Are there group classes for specific fitness levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced)?

No. All of our group fitness classes are geared for all levels of fitness. Our trainers are well equipped to assist all levels of fitness in our group classes to ensure everyone gets a complete workout specific to their personal level of fitness.

What is the class schedule, and how can I find the best times?

All fitness classes require registration. Once registered you will have access to our mobile app for class information and registration. You can also check our website Schedule page for currently scheduled training sessions.

Do group fitness classes include strength training, cardio, or both?

Our group fitness classes provide a balanced mix of both strength training and cardio to give you a full-body workout. You'll build muscle, improve endurance, and burn calories in sessions tailored to different fitness goals. Check our class schedule to find the perfect fit for your needs!

What should I bring to a group fitness class?

First and foremost a good attitude and smile. You should have loose fitting clothes or exercise gear that do not restrict movement. A good pair of running/all purpose shoes. We provide water, Yoga matts and towels, but you may wish to bring your own water bottle, towels and Yoga gear if you have them.

Can I bring a friend or family member to try a fitness or Yoga class?

Yes. For a limited time you can bring a friend/family member at no additional charge to participate in a training session. Your friend/family member must register for the class as your guess in order to participate. Guest passes are one guess pass per individual guest user and all paid Yoga and Fitness class members may invite friends/family members to join them.

We know that exercising with friends/family members can significantly improve your dedication to getting fit and encourage you to participate and get your friends and family members involved.
