Extremely friendly staff, clean facility, classes are never boring and there is something for everyone. Classes are scalable for anyone from beginners to athletes. The gym has a lot of nice extras I didn't expect, the staff offer you water and towels during classes, the locker rooms are small but very nice with amenities. I am very happy to have found this gym, definitely worth the money. You just will not get this kind of workout and service at a $20/month gym. Classes available all different times of the day, 7 days a week, and are typically easy to get into. Do it!

I have been a member at Sweat for years, where I do personal training (with the awesome Kim) and group classes (namely Zumba, with Olivia) and absolutely love it! I like the small class sizes and welcoming environment, inclusive atmosphere, and sense of community at this gym. Sweat has also helped me feel comfortable trying new things. (I was highly skeptical of Zumba, but Olivia has made me a convert!) I'm a much stronger, happier person because of this place and its family environment. Membership discounts for first responders and teachers (k-12 and university) are much appreciated. A real gem in Tallahassee.

This is Murdina. In case you ever need testimony as to how great Senior Fitness is, I just got great news from my doctor. My bone density has increased by nearly 5%…my reason for joining class was osteopenia and family history of osteoporosis and hip fracture. Senior Fitness is working! In the last 12 years I’ve fractured an ankle, fibula, foot, finger, and toe. The ankle was the worst and probably an accident that even the strongest bones wouldn’t have survived…nevertheless, with my 70th year coming up in a couple months the strengthening, balance, and flexibility flexibility exercises are very important! I’ve never been an athlete, well coordinated, or that strong, but clearly the classes are doing their job. It motivates me to challenge myself more!
