Join Kim, Brian and other Sweat trainers as they lead you through this fun workout program,
which focuses on making you stronger and better together with a group of individuals on the same journey.
Workouts are designed for ALL LEVELS and will focus on
strength, balance, core, and cardio.

Commit to Get Fit changed my relationship with my body and made me believe in my own strength (mental and physical).
